After a week of heat and storms, the week ahead will be reminiscent of a typical summer week. We'll be sitting near a ridge in the upper levels of the atmosphere:

That will keep temperatures near/slightly above normal and lead to periodic rain chances.

Temperatures will be seasonal on Monday:

Humidity will be tolerable, but definitely noticeable:

There will be the chance for some scattered showers and storms in the region Monday night into early Tuesday:

Tuesday will be another warm one:

Wednesday will be toasty:

And very humid:

There will be the chance for some scattered showers and storms once again in the region:

Rainfall won't necessarily be significant but there will at least be some chances around this week.
