SLIPPING INTO SUNDAY...
A disturbance is moving through the Midwest that could bring slick conditions to parts of the region into Sunday.

Winter Weather Advisories have been posted due to the potential for snow and also some freezing rain:

Freezing rain/drizzle appears likely due to dry air, and just a glaze of ice can make roads slick quick. Additionally there will be some snow showers/flurries involved. Snowfall accumulation will range from a few tenths of an inch to an inch of snow:

This system will lead to a cool finish to 2023 with temperatures held to the low and mid 30s:

And we'll be held close to the freezing mark for New Years Day:

Take it slow Sunday morning and stay warm on this final day of 2023!
