LET IT RAIN, LET IT RAIN, LET IT RAIN...

Oh the weather outside is... wet. Rain fell for the majority of Saturday night through Sunday afternoon. Here's a look at the totals through 8am Sunday:

More rain has fallen through the day Sunday and additional rounds will arrive through Tuesday. Here's the rainfall forecast from The National Weather Service in the Quad Cities:

Some more rain will move in late Sunday night into Monday morning, with the heaviest of it to the east of the Mississippi:

Temperatures may not be as warm as previously expected, but still above normal:

There will be more rain in the region Monday evening:

Some of these storms could be strong, near and south of the Quad Cities, with strong winds and heavy rain:

One last batch of rain will move through on Tuesday morning as the front pushes through:

Wednesday and Thursday will be dry with the possibility of more rain late Friday into Saturday.

This rain is much needed after we went through a dry spell in September and much of October. This should significantly improve drought conditions just in time for winter.
