A HINT OF PUMPKIN SPICE...

Saturday was a real preview of fall -- like it's almost time for pumpkin spice lattes. Temperatures dropped into the upper 40s and were within a few degrees of records:

The afternoon was beautiful with sunshine, below normal temperatures, and comfortable humidity. It was quiet and calm, unlike how things were four years ago around these parts -- as Terry recapped in his last post.

The taste of fall continues into Sunday with sunny skies and temperatures running below normal once again:

Humidity will stay low through much of the day, increasing slightly as the evening arrives with a storm passing to our south. Clouds will build in and some light rain will be possible late Sunday into Monday:

Temperatures will be in the low 70s due to the clouds and rain. Tuesday will be dry and a little warmer:

Another storm will pass to our south late Wednesday through Friday, leading to showers and storms.

With some more frequent systems, including clouds and rain, temperatures will remain near and below normal:

There could be some toasty days tossed in, but there's going to be many more days running cooler than normal.
